The title might look a bit eccentric, but it’s having a depth. Well, no one denies Shahrukh Khan is a gem in terms of keeping box office busy. This king of romance better knows the Indian audience than just anyone else in the industry. However, it’s a damn fact that they all mind making money. Rather if truth to be hold, Shahrukh Khan has been quite candid about being an ardent fan of commercial movies. But, upon taking a closer dig, it becomes apparent about the reason that makes Akshay Kumar the highest tax payer in the industry, in a quite consistent fashion. A statistical dig: Upon comparing the brand value, SRK is certainly way ahead of the khiladi Kumar. However, when it comes about business, the khiladi is a perfect player. Things get pretty evident upon taking the current year in to account. In 2015, box office has already witnessed four Akshay Kumar movies. Interesting fact is that, without much of the fuss or extravagant success party, these movies have been well making the wallet hotter. Things can be better understood through statistics. ‘Gabbar is Back’, ‘Baby’, ‘Brothers’, ‘Singh is Bling’, are the four movies starring Akshay Kumar, those have hit the theatres. Four movies in a year; can you believe it? Hats off to your energy Akki! Well, like perfect dark horse, all these movies have done significant business at box office. All these have touched the hundred Crore landmark in a quite silent way. In short, Akshay has done above four hundred crore business in the year, in India. The best part about the process is that, all of these have been released during non-festive seasons. Sharukh is never late Looks like Shahrukh Khan has got Akki’s success formula. The superstar is all set to go ruthless in coming one year having a jam packed schedule. The much anticipated Dilwale will be releasing on December 18th, and SRK will be busy promoting the other two movies, Fan and Raees in less than three months of time. Fan has got April 15th as its date, and Raees will be the Eid bonanza for the fans, releasing on 3rd of July. It means there are three Shahrukh Khan Movies in six months! In addition, Shahrukh has been roped by buddy Karan Johar for a project, which will be pairing bubbly Alia Bhatt opposite him. The movie is expected to be a Diwali release next year. The Secret!! I think it’s enough to depict the point, once you have gone through so far. Akshay Kumar has well proved that you don’t really need a big occasion for making business with your flick in India. It’s great market; decent star cast, uncompromising promotion, and some entertainment factor can well make your business. Look at ‘Drishyam’ as well. Not sure if Akki has shared the trick (which is kind of fluke though in a conspiracy packed tinsel town), but SRK definitely has got the concept, anyway. Whatsoever, but it’s certainly a great news for diehard Sharukh fan. Let’s see how well SRK is managing the idea.
